smartEtherCAT Communication BUS – thanks to the use of this new technology which allows data to be updated quickly with low communication jitter, the performance of the Vcut cutters has improved by up to 30% compared to the previous model.
New Vacuum Suction System – The suction system has been completely renewed; the introduction of a new high -performance turbine, the introduction of a new system of air collectors, the introduction of an increasingly accurate system management software, allow the VCUT to reach very high performance in terms of power and uniformity of the aspiration reducing at the same time the electrical consumption.
Absolute Encoders System – to control axes position in every moment and, for the first time, this makes possible to work without the initialization procedure.
«TMOV» smart – allows the VCUT to automatically move from one spreading line to another with the simple push of a button, automatically stopping in the correct position.
VCUT Plus is the solution designed and developed to ensure high performance and maximum reliability in the cutting room; thanks to the rich set of accessories included and its technical characteristics, it represents the ideal solution both for small productions and for mass production.
VCUT Plus can also be enriched with more accessories in order to match any customer’s production needs.

VCUT Max is the perfect solution for the customer that are looking for the perfect mix between performance and quality for his cutting room; in addition to the accessories already included in the Plus configuration, VCUT Max includes also the Flese System (that guarantee a perfect perpendicular cutting with a perfect correspondence of the upper and lower pieces on the mattress), the Balance System of the Knife (knife oscillation speed of 6200 rpm) and the Cover Curtain (to reduce the energy consuption avoiding waste of suction power on cutted pieces)
Thanks to the rich set of accessories included and its technical characteristics, it represents the ideal solution both for medium and mass production.
VCUT Max can also be enriched with more accessories in order to match any customer’s production needs.

Software V-Cut
The software V-CUT with its algorithms, ensures top performances in the cutting production, combining features such as «continuous cutting» system, «zero gap» between the pieces, cut files optimization and advanced management of cutting strategies in the single pieces or in the whole marker.
VCUT technology can be integrated and interfaced with the other tools in the cutting room, in order to create a single data management platform and achieve the goals to speed up and remove the mistakes in the production process.
